Hello Guys,
I just got an update on my EAD today - Card in Production.
Here is my timeline so far:
Married to USC - AOS - ATL filer
PD: Jan 2020
Fingerprints: 2/24/2020
Fingerprints updated i485, i765: 2/25/2020
Fingerprints updated to i131: 3/5/2020
Courtesy letter for medical - DO NOT MAIL - Bring to interview: 3/18/2020 (no change of status on i485)
4/1/2020 - Requested for Expedited EAD based on Financial loss.
(status showed requested completed but no email from uscis on requesting documents)
4/8/2020 - requested ombudsman for help; 4/9 - got a response, case within normal processing time, can not help)
4/15/2020 - reached out to congressman's office, explained them the situation and emailed documents.
4/23/2020 - got an update for card in production - i765.
Documents i submitted to congressman's office when i asked for assistance:
1) Cover letter - explaining current employment termination
2) Job offer letter
3) Marriage certificate (just in-case; i believe it was not needed)
