EB3 waiving interview?
Hi everyone,
Is there anybody here who has an EB3 and waived the interview for I-485? I have read a lot of employment based cases that waived the interview but these were EB1 & EB2.
My case is EB3 and I got the RFE for medical examination which is a good sign ,but, on the other hand the visa bulletin mentions EB3 final action dates are not current for my case, I don't know what to expect.
