Rfe for adjustment of Status received
Hello I would really like some one to tell me when I should be expecting a change in my AOS after I submitted the Respinse to Rfe on April 1 .
I’m married to USC we received an RFe feb 19 replied March 28 .
Rfe reason Initial evidence of 1894 By petitioner was missing . But the i894 for joint sponsor was present at first filing but not properly filled as the joint sponsor received 100k annually, but was said did not meet property requirements.
We replied ; filling the joint sponsors I894 property indicating that he surpasses the i894 poverty guideline with 100k
2. Submitted husbands I 894 with all necessary documents, paystubs, tax return .
April 1. Response to Rfe received and since then no change in anything.
