OPT EAD EXPIRING IN OCTOBER
Hey guys just wondering if anyone is in a situation like mine. I have my non-stem opt EAD expiring in October. I will be submitting AOS this coming Friday and hopefully they get it by next week. Do you guys think it’s gonna take longer to have EAD under this application? I am doing concurrent filing and also putting in the medical exam but am worried since everything is closed, it might take a while for bio appointment. So far i have the following evidence for BONA FIDE relationship:
Hotel reservation
Affidavit of supports letters from 3 of our friends
Lease
Joint account
Pictures
Facebook and Instagram posts
My work info with my spouse listed as emergency point of comtact
401K with spouse listed as beneficiary
Joint credit card accounts
Gifts receipts
Birthday cards
Wedding invitation cards
Marriage counseling information with sample course work
Marriage certificate
Joint car insurance
Internet bill

Spouse listed in family phone plan
