F1 student married to USC. I already received my work permit and travel docs. Today I received an alert on Lawfully regarding my I485 “We mailed you a notice of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions and submitted any requested materials”. My interview for 04/02/2020 was cancelled. I filed using a lawyer and submitted proof of bona fide marriage: Car Insurance, Health Insurance, School documents for the kids, Kids Birth Certificates (10yrs, 8yrs old), Gym membership, Pictures, Affidavits from friends. I am so worried that this could be a NOID. Anyone had similar circumstances?
