Hi All,
Married to USC. Currently on H1B. My case was finally received by USCIS on April 9, 2020 and they sent me a rejection notice. The rejection notice is as follows.
"The application/petition has not been fully completed. One or more of the following field(s) were not completed:
- I am filling as
The application/petition has not been fully completed. Based on the selection made under Part 2 Application Type or Filling Category, the form I-944 and/or form I-864/I-864EZ are required"
My attorney confirmed that we added I-864 form along with our case. I don't understand what to do next. My attorney told us that we don't need to send them a I-944 since we already attached the case with I-864. Calling the USCIS office regarding my case hasn't been successful during these times.
I am eagerly awaiting for EAD to continue to keep my during these tough times. Any suggestions/ideas would be grateful.
