AOS File April 2020
Hi guys,
I have a quick question regarding any AOS applicants that filed during April 2020. Has any of you received any (mail) confirmation from USCIS that they have received your application (with a case number)?
I sent my application using USPS to the Chicago Lockbox and my application was supposedly delivered on the 13th. Of course USPS tracking is unreliable and it shows that the package "Arrived at the Post Office". No delivery or awaiting pickup notification. Upon request I received a call from USPS stating that the item has most probably been picked up by USCIS even though the tracking information has not been updated.
I am aware of the 1 month that USCIS allows for applications before requesting an inquiry. However, I wanted to know if anyone else who applied in April has received anything or if I am rushing and should not be worried at the moment. I have also used my credit card for payment which means that I should receive a notification if USCIS charges it.
