Form I-864 Tax Return?
My husband and I are filing for my Adjustment of Status. We've filed our taxes jointly for the first time this tax year 2020. We'll be using my income to qualify as well in the form I-864. Is it okay to provide our JOINT total adjusted gross income for Tax Year 2020, since we're using my income as well and this the way we filed for the most recent year? Or do we have to figure out his individual income since he's the sponsor?
