RFE receive notic
About 3 weeks ago, I mailed a medical report (I-693) to USCIS in response to an RFE received. USPS tracking shows the mail was delivered about 3 weeks ago however, I haven't gotten any received notice from USCIS since then. Is it normal that USCIS does not issue received notice in response to RFE for I-693? I called USCIS customer service line and the officer told me she can't verify whether it was received or not.
