Got Initial RFE for I485 asking for Birth Certificate
I filed GC petition for my spouse based on marriage to usc in Feb 2020. We got an RFE for i-485 asking for Birth Related Documents. It was on yellow paper and mentioned that to make a final decision we need following documents to make a decision. Although we have sent the response to the RFE yesterday and should receive this week. Bio was already done on 16 Mar 2020.
As they mentioned to make a final decision, What does that means? Still no interview or any schedule for an interview etc. Please share your ideas.
