Background: I am Married to USC, and filing for AOS concurrently. Field office is Las Vegas.
For I-485:
PD: 10/28/2019
Biometrics completed on: 11/18/2019
RFE: 12/23/2019 (Long form Birth Certificate is missing)
RFE Respond Received by USCIS: 01/16/2020
Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview: 04/29/2020
For I-130:
PD: 10/28/2019
No change since that date.
For I-765
PD: 10/28/2019
Biometrics completed on: 11/18/2019
New Card is being produce: 4/28/2020 (exactly 6 months)
Case was Approved: 4/29/202 (Work permit is approved, but have not received the physical card. I am hoping to received by next week.)
We are waiting for interview to be scheduled. As the process progress, I will share our experiences.
