EAD due for 4 months Vermont Centre
Hi,
I need your help to decide what should be my next action item. I have filed L2 EAD on Dec 20, 2019 and it is now more than 4 months and my case is still pending.
I can see they are approving cases in random order as some cases of January and even February got approved.
Should I expedite the case? If yes, What supporting documents do I show, my job offer letter is also pending due to EAD.
What happens if I am not able to provide any document supporting my expedite request. Please help
Is is something that they are now focusing on approving 2020 cases and 2019 filers will have to wait like forever?
It has become so frustrating and the wait seems like forever. Any help/advice would be apprecaited.
