When will I receive NOA1? (Marriage-based AOS)
Hi guys,
So USCIS received my documents last April 14. Yesterday, I checked my bank and noticed that they just charged my credit card (April 29) but I haven’t received any text message that they have accepted my application.
I read some experiences that they receive the NOA1 within 7 days upon sending the form. Mine’s already almost 3 weeks, still nothing.
Anyone else going through the same issue? I’m kinda worried that they may reject my application since I failed to submit my NACES evaluation for my form I-944. (My university’s closed so I can’t request for them to email my documents to the evaluators)
Any opinion/experience is highly appreciated 🙏
