How long are RFEs taking to process? Anyone had one?
Receipt date: Dec 2 2019
Biometrics: March 2 2020
RFE answer received: April 2 2020
We received an RFE bc our joint sponsor is self employed and we only sent regular tax documents and he also made 2140$ less than the cut off, so we sent his bank account statement from an officer w 12 month average and current amount. It’s well over the needed $10700 to make the cut off. But time is passing and no response yet! Still says “RFE response received” now it’s been a month!
He still doesn’t have his EAD, hasn’t worked in months! :-(
Anyone else’s RFE taking ages to process? Losing hope here + COVID!
