Denied i485
So guys my i485 got denied last month and i was given 33 days to leave if not i might be taken to immigration court for removal proceedings. My question is I’m working on refilling a new case which more like will be towards the end of this month and what happens if i file beyond the 33 days that i was given? And its not like i can leave now because of the covid-19 my home country’s airport has been shut down since.
