Hi there,
My and my husband filed our case prepared by the lawyer in Chicago in February.
2/3 - case filed and sent to Chicago lockbox via UPS ( I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)
2/4 - delivered to USCIS
2/10 - 4 notices were mailed ( we found this out by chatting with real agent via Emma)
2/14 - notices of receipt received
2/22 - notice of biometrics appointment
3/3 - bio appointment complete
3/3 - case updated to show fingerprints were taken
3/4 - review of fingerprints is completed
3/9 - notice TO NOT APPEAR FOR BIOMETRICS ( wasn’t sure what this meant since we had already completed my bio a week earlier)
3/27 - case regarding I-485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview
Nothing since. Considering that most of the US is under stay at home order and uscis locations being closed for personal interviews - everything will be postponed, I imagine. But we’re staying hopeful and so should you!
