Expedite Request Denied H4EAD I-765
Hello everyone..
if anyone of you can help on the below.. will be really helpful.
Last Friday 5/1/2020, we raised an expedite request for H4 EAD (I-765) request. Today (5/5/2020) we got the below update that Expedite Request is Denied via email.
we denied your request for expedite processing of your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number YYYY YYYY X. You did not provide evidence of an extreme emergent need.
I didn't get any email requesting to provide evidence for the urgent request. Also there was no fax number shared during the customer care call for the expedite request.
Can you guys suggest what should i do next...
1) Should i call USCIS customer care and check why there i was not asked for evidence and reqeust was denied
2) Is this normal that the request can be denied without asking for evidence?
3) Will this expedite request denial will delay the processing of my case..
