Hi,
Both my parents are above 60 years and retired and living in Hyderabad.
My H1 stamped in Passport is Expired on April-1-2004 and I sent the passports are revalidation. I have a H1 Approved till May-1-2005. My question Can I send the sponsorship papers with my old visa stamping or I should wait till I get my New visa. My daughters first birthday is in June. I want my parents to come for her birthday.
Please Help if any body sent the papers with expired visa in the passport.
