My mom and dad got 10 year multiple entry in mid april from chennai consulate. They had already visited USA in 2003, when they were given only 1 year visa. This time they reapplied. The only question asked to my dad "what did you see last time in USA?" I had prepared them to answer this question based on the names of the places we visited during their previous trip.
