My mother got her visa yesterday at chennai consulate, intrview went very smooth and we prepare documentation as suggested by immihelp.com, and only two questions were asked,

(Then the consular officer took the file went through all the documentation and said go and pay your fees)
I donot know how many years visa was issued I will post once I know more.
