I have sponsored my sister(38 years) & my sister's daughter (12) years for B2 visitor visa. Since my brother-in law is working & he did't get leave we have not applied VISA for him, only my sister went for VISA interview but VO officer rejected visa & reason mentioned is 214(b). VO didn't asked any documnets. I have sent all required sponsor documnets & my sister also carried their property, family bonding documnets.
I would like to take visa appointemnet again this time for all 3 (brother-in law, sister their daughter).
Please advice how to prepare for this kind of tourist VISA.
