I had gone for a B2 visa interview along with my Husband(b1 visa) and my daughter on August5th. The visa officer did not ask any questions to me. She spoke to my husband and daughter. Finally she asked my husband to give his fingerprint. Then she said that the visa has been approved. My husband and daughter got their passport within 2 days.I got a call from embassy asking me to come for fingerprint verification. When i went there, the visa officer asked me if I had come for the visa interview with the same papers(she had the papers with her along with my passport). She said that there was no evidence of my interview. She asked me why I was going to Us. I told her that I am accompanying my husband who is planning to ATTEND A CONFERENCE. Then she gave me apink slip which said that the my visa is under administrative processing. I am still checking the case status report but not even one passport has been issued for the past 2 weeks under 2010 216 category.
