Ridiculous!!!!!! Seriously left India a long time ago and started applying for OCI in nov2011...its may 2012 and still application keeps on coming back.Fees is really high and then they keep on asking for $21 processing fees everytime they send back the documents. I have spend about $700 already...wouldn't recommend anyone to apply for it...its insane. There phone is always busy and typical Indian embassy nothing done on time..if this was something to be done regarding change of status in united states it would have been so much faster. Indians dont want to work. Atleast americans do their work on time.
