Should the Civil surgeon for medical exam be from same residing state ?
Hi all,
We are in process of filling for I-485 and looking for civil surgeons for medical exam.Can anyone guide urgently if ,
1. We live in tri-state area, so is it mandatory to go to the local civil surgeon only or we can opt for anyone from nearby
state also ?
2. Can we go to more than one civil surgeon in case we are not satisfied with the results ?
Please can anyone reply urgently ?
