Please help me in getting information.
I got H1B approved in Oct 2011. After that my wife went for H4 visa interview at Kolkata consulate, and got 221g. After couple of weeks, she got approved H4 Visa and came to USA.
Now we are planning to travel India in May, But i am not sure, that I need to take my wife also for inerview or not? My employer is same as my wife got H4 approved on. Should I schedule an interview for her also?
I am working on EVC basis, what are the chanses of getting 221g? My wife had 221g when she went for H4. is that possible, they can give 221g for same petition 2 times? because they already did administrative procesing of my petiotion when my wife went for H4.
Also, I did masters in chemistry and working in IT, will it affect while going for stamping?
Please give me some info.
