Visitor Visa for my Aunty
Hi,
I'm trying to get visitor visa for my Aunty (Mom's brother's wife) so she can visit us for couple of months. She appeared for the Visa interview on 08/13 in Chennai with a translator. She was asked the following questions and given a REJECTION asking to reapply.
Q1: Why visiting US ?
Ans1: To visit my husband's sister daughter and visit some places with them.
Q2 : Are you going alone?
Ans2: Yes.
Q3 : Is your husband not coming ?
Ans3 : No
Q4 :What does your husband do?
Ans4: Business
Q5: What is his income ?
Ans5: 20,000/month
Q6: Do you have property here in India?
Ans6 : Yes I can show you the documents (Documents not seen)
Q7:How many kids do you have?
Ans7 : 1 Son. (Sutiation is her son is working in chennai and unmarried. My granny is also old and she is taking care of her. These were not mentioned in the interview by her)
VO Decision : You have to reapply for visa!!
I'm NOT SURE why the visa was rejected. Is it because my Uncle was not in the interview? Or was it the salary that ticked them?
Please any help would really be appreciated.
