I-130 petitions for spouses
Wow! Got my I-130 approved for wife in 6 weeks! Case off to NVC. Are the priority dates subject to I-130 application? Submitted in July 2013, approved in Sept. Priority date (PD) was July 11th and NVC VISAs F2A PD is Sept 2013.
It take approx 2 months at NVC to get case number, will they set new priority date or go by what was on I-130 notice?
Thankfully, seems like things are speeding up....
