H1B, H4 Visa

I am working for a Company in US as a full time employee. Had to travel to UK for a Business trip , Since my VISA stamp on my passport was expired i had to go to a consulate to get it stamped.

I opted for London Consulate as it was near to where i stayed and i didnt want to go to india.

Booking appointment was a breeze with online payment from US after DS-160 filed by My Attorny.

Reached very early as my apt was at 8.00 AM, was second in the queue. After initial security went inside the Consulate, gave a ticken number at the reception and waited in the clean waiting area.

Intitial Screening,

The tocken number will be called and went to the window. No specific questions except which UK entry was used - had a UK VISA stamped on my passport so he noted down the UK VISA Number.
Took the following documents
1 Passport
2 DS-160 Confirmation
3 I-797 Approval Notice

Asked to wait for the inteview

VO Interview
Went to the VO Counter,

Whats your qualification
Which Company You work for
What does the Company Do
Is a GC pending( mine was 6th year extension)

Then said your VISA is approved, will receive passport in 4-5 business days.

Good luck everyone. I was bit concerned to book the appointment in a 3rd country but as long as your documents are clear everything is OKL.
