Can I File H1B Petition from other Employers
Hi All,
I am new to H1B process. I am Currently working as Software Engineer in Mphasis Limitd, Bangalore. I have one sponsor(Employer) in USA (Friend reference) to file my H1B petition for 2015 cap.
Can i apply H1B from Other Employers ( i mean other than my employer i.e. Mphasis)? or is there any chance to reject my visa.
Please help me on this.
