URGENT HELP NEEDED ON H1 & H4 STAMPING....
Hi Friends,
I have my Fresh H1B this year is now, approved. Planning go for Stamping with my spouse & 6 months old kid to Chennai Consulate. I need guidance on Steps & Documentations needed.
Also I have an URGENT Q. - Petition filed in April 1st ' 14. Approval came in May 30th'14. I was working for X company. Last week I left X & moved to Y Company. Planing to go for Stamping around 20th July.
Can you pls suggest, will there be any problem in my stamping since I have moved from Comp X to Comp Y. What do I need to do now ? Shall I inform tha same to my Sponsher & In the Stamping Intervew or Shall I not disclose the same. But I have heard that in Stamping Interview, they ask for Current Pay Slip & Current Employer.
Pls advise.
