H1B re-stamping
Hello Friends ,
I have question regarding H1 B re-stamping . I was working with Indian company on h1b and then switched to USA based company( in 2013) . Now my stamped Visa will expire on Sept. 2014 and My petition with current company is vaild till 2016 and my i 94 as well. I have plans to visit India in dec 2014
What are the documents I should carry ( is it as same as new stamping)
Any probable problem can occur or not . ( As I am already working with new company since 1 yrs)
Any other suggestion based on my situation .
