Visitor Visa - B2

Firstly Thanks for immihelp.

I filled up D160 form and checked visa type B1/B2 as subcategory dated 2nd Sept 2014, and took visa interview dates in VFS on sept 9 and 10 sept.

I went 9th sept for bio-metrics interview,Delhi and after checking confirmation page and appt letter,they suggested me to change my name on application form because I don't have SURNAME on passport,So I checked application form as well as visa subcategory(changed as B2) and resubmit(take new confirmation page) on run-time by cyber cafe which near to office.

Visa interview was on 10 sept ,main interview and I was too nervous.

Visa Office : GM:
Me : GM

VO : Passport Pls
Me: handed over.

VO: Why do you want to travel to US
Me: Tourism purpose and to accompany my wife .

VO :- Why she is going
Me:- she is going to official visit.

VO: Which company his is working
Me: YYYY XX

VO: Where this company located (which city)
Me: Answered

VO How long she is there( Reply immediate without understand the the question -Was big mistake)
Me: 6 years

VO : mean she will there for 6 years.?
Me :- I do sorry Sir, no she is going for 2 week only.

VO : OK
Me :- I feel relief.

VO: What u do ?
Me: Answered

VO: Have you been to US
Me: No

VO: Have you been traveled out side India?
Me: YES

VO: Where ?
Me: Answered

VO: But Didnt see any visa of these country.
Me: Sir, It is new passport please see me old passport and gave him my old passport which all visa stamping is there.

VO: OK
Me: I feel relief.

VO: You have applied US visa from YYYY country,I can see on system.
Me :- No sir,I never applied US visa anywhere.

VO: Which company r u working and what u do?
Me: Answered

VO: Can I see ur visiting card.
Me: show him

VO: Golden word "Visa is approved and go ahead "
Me: Thanks you.

I feel that it was pre-deiced and interview is just formality. :-) .
