Visitor Visa - B2

My Wife and myself had applied for a Tourist Visa (B2) at the American consulate in Mumbai and appeared for the Visa interview on 22nd September. I have my own Engineering company which is in its second year and my wife is a manager with an American Software MNC in India. Our Visa was approved.

     WE - We are planning to Tour the east Coast of the united States

4. VO - And when do you plan to do that
    ME - 23rd December

5. VO - Ohh during Christmas holidays... It will be pretty cold at that time
   Wife - Yes it will be (smiled)

6. VO - What do you Do
    WE - Accordingly

7. VO- How old is your Company
     ME - Accordingly

8. VO - What were you doing before starting your company
    ME - Accordingly

9. VO to Wife - Where are you working maam and as what
    Wife - Answered Accordingly

10. VO - Do you have any friends or relatives in the USA
       WE - No

11. VO - Have you Planned your Tour
     WE - No, we will after completing the Visa formalities

12. VO to wife- How long have you been married Maam
      Wife - Accordingly

13. VO to wife - Is it a Love marriage or an Arranged Marriage
      Wife - Accordingly

14.VO to wife - Do you have kids
      Wife - Accordingly

15.VO to wife - And can you elaborate on the Places which you would like to see
     Wife - Explained the various places

Interview went on for about 10 minutes. No documents were requested to be presented. Confidence plays a major role. But one important thing - Please speak only the TRUTH. Do not lie or hide facts.
