Status of PIO @ DC
I have guessed other PIO applications based on my application number going backwards, the application tracking number format is this USA <Embassy code W for DC><6-digit-serial-number> 14.
Here are my findings:
Today our DC Indian Embassy folks has approved approximately 22 PIO application dated 10/3/2014 and 10/08/2014.
There are still many applications went on 10/08/2014 (to embassy not ckgs) are still pending, almost all the application went on 10/3/2014 were processed except one application.

Note: This process is not to invade the privacy of other fellow applicants, I did this to just know more about the processing time of our embassy office.
