There are some updates this week saying SFO Consulate are short of PIO cards to print. There was no movement since 11/10.
Today I see one application approved and updated.

Not sure SFO Consulate received the PIO cards for rest of us waiting to travel or just few. Mine was sent to SFO Consulate on 11/29. I have tickets booked for 11/26 which is non refundable.
Please update if you get your PIO. That will help us to predict our luck.
