Adjustment of status I 485...Case status hasn't changed since june 17th
Hi Everyone,
I'd come to US on K1 fiance visa and applied for adjustment of status on May 21st 2014. I gave my biometrics on July 3rd. Since then, I only received a potential interview waiver letter issued on September 6th.
Since then, I didn't receive any information about my case besides the USCIS case status indicating that they received my finger print fee on June 17th and Nebraska service center was working on my case. :(
Does anyone have the same issue?
I also applied couple of jobs since I have my employment authorization card, but many of the companies are looking for US citizen or permanent residents. Do you think I can work at a company requiring permanent residence with my work authorization card? And what additional documents do I need to prove my work eligibility?
