A good idea to apply for brother's Visa along with parents?
Hey,
Wanted to poll the group to see if it is considered advisable to apply for a b2 visa for my brother ( along with my parents) or separately. He is currently a bachelor, in 3rd year of engineering college ( which I am hoping should serve as his "ties to the country").
Another question is, assume both parents and my self have a decent bank balance ( over 10k USD), will you recommend self sponsoring over sponsorship by me ( living in the US on an L1B). Or they equal in terms of probablity for getting accepted. Given all other constraints the same ( parents working, have property, bank balances etc)
