Thanks to Immihelp and all who have shared their experience.
Here is my case for your reference.
Employer gave all docs like client letter, project docs, IT returns, certificates issued by US govt., client agreement, etc. (almost all the docs)
18th Nov 2014: Attended visa Interview along with my family. Interview was very cool. VO took our passports and other project related docs. VO said nothing wrong at your end and need to check about your client.
5th Dec: After 15 days, received a mail to collect my passports (no stamping).
24th Dec: Received a mail to submit our passports.
31th Dec: Status changed to Issue (CGIFEDERAL)
2nd Jan: Received a mail to collect my passports.
5th Jan: Collected my passports with stamping.
FYI....Keep monitoring CGIFEDERAL and CAEC sites.
