should i go with my child birth certificate i had out of wedlock

Am Ewa by name, kindly advise me on my adjustment of status. My interview has been scheduled for march 30, 2015. I have a child out of wedlock which her name reflected in the Form I 130 my US citizens file for me but d child is in my country and am not filling for d child. The question is must i take the child birth certificate to the interview? I and my spouse are yet to have a child. Pls reply ASAP. Thanks
