Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi ! I have a question. I got married at January 3rd 2015. My case is conducted by special office. I've checked my case status and it was: On March 5, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY XX, and will mail it to the address you gave us.
I checked it by fill my case number not by account. I read that when I create account I can check next steps of my case etc. But.. I was worried a curious and I called to my agent in office.
I asked her if I can create account ?
She answered: yyy.. yyy.. I would not recommend !
So I asked WHY ?
And she told me the she has a lot of paper work now a she call me later..
That was so weird !
Why did she tell me that I shouldn't create account ?
Has she right ?
Or maybe she has something to hide in front of me ?
