Philly case
Hi everyone!

I would love to share my experience and maybe get opinion from someone who has similar situation.

My husband and I have been dating from 2013. My husband is USC and I am European.

I was here on internship in 2013, then moved back to my hometown in Europe in Jan 2014 once my internship was over and finally last summer we decided to get married after I visited him on B2 tourist visa.

Our timeline:
09/25/14 - Case received (confirmation by text and e-mail)
11/21/14 - Biometrics done, status changed online that card is being produced
12/10/14 - Received my EAD
12/21/14 - Case ready for interview for late January (postponed TWICE because of the snow)
03/13/14 - Interview finally held

Interview was held in Philadelphia office. There was a lot of people as we had bad weather and I assume a lot of interviews were postponed just like ours was. We were waiting for about an hour, watching couples called in separately. Then, an African-american lady called us in together, swore us in and we sat down. She didn't talk at all, was just going through her papers and asked for marriage document, my birth certificate and my husband's divorce paper.

After 5-6 min she asked to show her all paperwork showing that are marriage is bonafide. So we presented pictures from beginning of our relationship with friends and family, from travels together, etc. We had lease with both names on as well as peco and internet bill, joint account in one bank, savings account in another bank, joint tax return, card for valentine's day, paystubs showing married status and same address on, envelope from hospital showing same address, netflix account showing both names, even my victoria's secret account showing same address.
She was going through all those papers for 10min, then asked me NO questions and let us go. She didn't ask any question!! Even my husband asked her: "Are you sure you don't want to ask us anything?" and she quickly replied "As long as I have all my papers, Im good." Since Friday my online status is still the same, saying that my case is scheduled for an interview.

Did anyone have similar situation? We are very confused because we are not sure if our paperwork was so good that she didn't need to ask anything or she already decided not to give us approval?

Please help!!!
