whats my current status
I came on b1/b2 visa sep24th 2014 for research and taking an exam here
got married on 6th nov14
hired attorney which could have been not hired as they dint do much but just filled the forms , we shed alot of money unecessarily just to combat our fear an be secure mentally. attorney does give peace as you get someone to ask your questions n gives kinda moral support

applied for adjustment status:22nd jan 2015
biometrics- 18th feb 15
EAD and Advance parole card received : march 26th
Currently waiting for interview appointment letter
applied from virginia and got an MSC no#
I have a query if anyone can help ... ill be thankful
since i came here before for my exam so after i took the exam i want to apply to post grad schools but since im no more a foreign student an different rules apply to me what i should write in my application regarding my status as they dont give much options
I am not a PR yet and not on any kind of visa too which has expired
I want to apply as PR as that probably might give me some rebate on tuition...
What should I do
