H1B in process - Fulltime employment from another Employer
Hello,
Can anyone Please assist me on this. Currently, I am on OPT working at Client Site.
I work for consulting company who has filed my H1B this year.
I was selected in Lottery and currently my H1 is in Process.
USCIS - "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed"
I was offered a fulltime position at my current Client Location.
But I haven't accepted it as my H1B is in process.
As far as I know - I need atleast two Paystubs from my previous employer while on H1B (Starting Oct 1st 2015) to transfer.
But some people are suggesting me if my H1 gets approved and I have the Approval Notice Receipt I can accept the offer and start working immediately without waiting till october. And Initiate the transfer process as well.
Can anyone Please let me know -

What are the possibilities if Something goes Wrong/risks/do's /don'ts
