Hi. I am going to attend Visa interview by june first week. Valid dates in petition expire by 30 Sep 2015. Therefore i will be grated visa for 4 months only. I may enter US by July 2015, Which means i can stay in US for only 3 months? Suppose if my employer want to extend my visa, what is the last deadline before which i should file extension.
Also if Visa officer ask that only 4 months left and why you want to travel now? will you return after 4 months? what should i answer?
