Still Waiting 485, 765 130 forms
Hi all,
Here is my timeline
- Married Feb 2015 >3 in Reno in a great get away weekend!! >3
- March 24th sent forms 485, 130 and 765
- March 27th, received txt and email with receipt #
- April 29th: Biometrics done in SF
As for today, May 22nd.... No news, no changes online, still said "Case was received" like from day 1.....nothing about fingertips done. No changes in 765 at all either, still "Case was received bla bla "
Does that mean they didn't start the process for the EAD? I am having some interviews and wondering if I am going too fast....
I see most of the people received the card within a month after biometrics but in my case I have no notice at all.
Getting frustrated
