March 11, 2014 Contracted an attorney
No recommenders fixed till May 2014
July 11, 2014: First Draft of petition letter prepared
September 2nd 2015: Petition letter ready
September 10th 2015: Petition Mailed to NSC
I-140 NIW: NSC received on Sept 13th 2014
January 23rd 2015:I-140 approved, Took about 4 and half months after submission
Feb 3rd 2015: I-485 application package received by Phoenix Lock box
Feb 17th 2015: I-485 receipt email/text received on Feb 11th, got mail on
Could check online status from Feb 18th.
March 6th 2015: Biometric appointment notice issued
March 25th 2015: Biometric done at Local ASC
April 13th 2015: EAD/AP combo cards received in mail
April 21st 2015: Travel docs for my child approved
May 29th 2015: I-485s decided- Received texts & emails for me and my child, one with 'Decision and Welcome Notice' and other about 'Card/ Document Production'. But my wife's still reads " Fingerprint Fee Received". There were 2-3 emails with same message. I guess scanner missed to scan my wife's and re-scanned ours in placed of her.
It says cards will arrive by July 28th 2015, but I guess cards arrive in 1-2 weeks.
