Hi ,
My case is fast approaching the 90th day deadline.
EAD Applied on 12th March
Case received on 13th March.
90th day deadline 13th June.
I am on leave with out pay since a month now.
Did everything possible
- Raised a service request.
- Contacted a congressmen.
- Raised an expedite request.
(They have responded with a letter, that hasn't reached me yet. They say they have posted it. they just want additional info/supporting doc to show that my absence is causing financial loss to the organization. What kind of document would prove that.
Neither the company nor the lawyer is helping .They want me to draft one.
What should this letter read/look like.
Need some examples/directions here. Please help!!
