Adjustment of Status for Mom, any help !!!
I want to bring my mother from Peru, with a B-2 visa ( as visitor for my daughters birthday) and once she's here in the U.S , apply for her adjustment of status (form I-485) and form I-130 at the same time along with the supporting documents. Is that a good idea?? How long would it take??
Or should I just apply for her green card trough family (form I-130) here and let her go through the consular processing in Peru.
Which is my best option??? I would love for her to be here during the whole process instead of being in Peru, but I want to make sure I do what's better at the end. Please any help or comments or experiences will help . Good luck to all !!!
