I received the OCI card(s) today.

Here is the time line :

Application Received on by CKGS : 04-23-2015
Sent to Consulate on : 04-28-2015
went to under process at consulate on :04-29-2015
OCI cards printed at Delhi on : 05-25-2015
OCI cards dispatched from Delhi on : 06-09-2015
Printed OCI card received in NYC on :06-12-2015
Ready for Matchup email received on :06-16-2015
Passports sent for match up and received by CKGS on : 06-15-2015(I posted them in advance.... as soon as I saw the OCI received at NYC.. with out waiting for email..)
Match up done in NYC on : 06-16-2015
OCI and Passport reached CKGS on :06-16-2015
OCI and passports shipped by CKGS on :06-17-2015
OCI/passport Received on hand on : 06-18-2015

Overall happy with the way things are turned out.. got OCI on hand well before travel date ( in july first week)

my only comments on this process is

- do they need 1 month for back ground checks for minor kids ? we can understand if children are in late teens . but for under 10 or months old babies? c'mon

- from printed to shipped more than two weeks? ( I heard some DHL issue.. but still this is govt. business,, any issue should be resolved in a day or two .. not 10 days..

Finally, Impressed by the way NYC and CKGS handled the process.. they did fantastic job in processing on time. no delays..

CKGS support people are also good...
