Adjustment of status and request of initial evidence
Hi everybody

wanted to share my experience so far since this forum helped me a lot. By the way thanks to all the people sharing their experiences.

I came in the U.S. In Mai 2014 with a visa waiver, and got married in November 2014.
I'm living in Orlando and I did everything by myself no lawyer.
- 03/20/2015 sent form I 130 , I485, I131,I765 (MSC number)
- 03/27/2015 biometric appointment
- 04/2015 request for initial evidence letter received
( we didn't reached the amount needed for 2014 . They were asking for a co- sponsor. We were unable to find one In the same time My husband decided to change work . A week before the deadline we decided to send a letter explaining the situation with pay stubs and a letter from is new job saying how much he was expecting to earn this year.)
- 07/14/2015 approval notice for EAD card
- 07/21/2015 received EAD card
( with the EAD card I went to apply for a social number and got an I.D card. Now very important information if you came in the U.S. With a visa waiver Do Not travel outside the U.S. Even if you received an advanced parole you basically deport yourself )
- 07/30/2015 interview appointment for September 2

That's my experience so far I hope that helped
